Streamvision 10 year anniversary
We’re celebrating 10 years!

Streamvision founder Greg Bassine amassed 10 years experience in the clubs and gaming industry before moving into the media industry with Fox Sports. Greg has always had a fascination with problem solving through the application of technology. This intrinsic spark coupled with his professional experience, led to his discovery of a more user-friendly and cost-effective way to deliver high definition content.

At a time when there were limited solutions that were prohibitively expensive, Greg founded Streamvision with the promise to deliver better solutions at a much more affordable cost to the hospitality and accommodation industries.

Today we are proudly serving a number of industries where our solutions have proven to be of benefit, including student accommodation, hospitals, mining camps and prisons.

As we enter our 11th year, we look back on some of our more memorable milestones:
2010 – Greg founded Streamvision and began working out of his garage.
2011 – Marked a major milestone with the opening of a regional office in New Zealand.
2012 – We moved into a shared office space and deployed guest entertainment solutions in a mining camp for the first time.
2013 – Saw strong growth with a move into our own office, the delivery of our solutions into a Quest property for the first time and our entry into the Fiji market.
2014 – We strengthened our position in the market by partnering with Samsung and deploying solutions in our first QT property.
2016 – Saw a number of new product features rolled out including Foxtel multi-channel decrypting, TV channel distribution over multiple sites, and our first chef menu board. We also celebrated the beginning of our partnership with LG.
2017 – Streamvision continued to grow, with our first directional signage board solution, a new regional office in Guam, and moving our headquarters in Sydney to a larger office.
2018 – A big year for Streamvision. We began developing our own solutions in-house, and entered a number of sectors for the first time – student accommodation, hospital and prison. We also delivered solutions at a Hilton property for the first time.
2019 – Has been one of our most exciting years so far with the launch of streamCAST – our unique casting solution, which includes our first hardware product. We expanded our Sydney headquarters yet again, and opened a regional office in Malaysia. We installed our solutions at Pan Pacific properties for the first time, and were accredited as the first Preferred Supplier for Guest Entertainment for the Accommodation Industry by AccomNews and ResortNews. We rounded out the year by sponsoring the HM Awards.
2020 – As we kick off the new decade not only in time but also in Streamvision history, we are launching streamBYOD – the world’s first ‘tablet-free’ tablet solution.

In the next 10 years, we look to continue developing our technology platform and growing in the Southeast Asia market.
